Imperium have delivered four significant projects at four of our eight schools over a two year period, ranging from fire alarm and replacement electrical distribution systems to boiler and heating distribution, at a combined value in excess of £2m. They quite literally add value. All projects have been delivered to specification, on budget and on time, but Imperium excel at elements that usually concern clients. Design and design development are excellent, with changes accommodated without penalty. Client relationship management is strong, with senior leaders being easily contactable and frequently on the ground, directing all elements of delivery, meeting with and listening to our central team, our school leaders and our front office teams. Site supervisors are communicative, respectful of our working environment and actively support our critical focus on safeguarding. Activities are planned with consideration to our day to day operations, with accommodations being made for last minute changes. Operational teams work intelligently, safely and flexibly to ensure the timely progress of their project with minimal disruption to school life. Standards of cleanliness following overnight works and ahead of the school morning are a high priority and consistently delivered. Post delivery support is responsive and comprehensive. I have no hesitation recommending Imperium.

We have had the pleasure of working with Imperium Mechanical and Electrical Ltd with regards to a large heating replacement project across three key areas of our school. Initially, we were concerned about how this would be managed but Imperium have set clear expectations throughout the project and have managed the works excellently.
