Imperium have delivered four significant projects at four of our eight schools over a two year period, ranging from fire alarm and replacement electrical distribution systems to boiler and heating distribution, at a combined value in excess of £2m. They quite literally add value. All projects have been delivered to specification, on budget and on time, but Imperium excel at elements that usually concern clients. Design and design development are excellent, with changes accommodated without penalty. Client relationship management is strong, with senior leaders being easily contactable and frequently on the ground, directing all elements of delivery, meeting with and listening to our central team, our school leaders and our front office teams.
